The Whitsunday Wellbeing Program is a community initiative run by Whitsunday Weightlifting to give women the opportunity to get active again at their own pace. Qualified trainers will be by your side every step of the way, helping you to achieve your fitness goals.
On August 30th two brand new programs will be launching that will be completely FREE for Mums and Bubs and Women over 50, if you would like to come along make sure to register your interest on the Facebook Event pages below.
Program: Learn in a safe and supportive environment how to build up your core strength and join in on social walks with like-minded mums.
Where: At Cannonvale Park (next to the tennis courts and Cannonvale Stat School
When: Each Wednesday 10:30am – 11:30am
Program: Get your body moving at your own pace and give the walk and talk group a try.
Where: Meeting at Proserpine Library
When: Each Wednesday 8:30am to 9:30am
